Shipping policy

 

Most pieces are made especially for you. Please allow 3-5 business days prior to shipping for the piece to be handcrafted in our Summerland BC studio.  Once ready, all orders will be sent the next business day with the service purchased by the customer at checkout. You will receive an email upon the completion of your order with tracking information. 

We are happy to ship internationally. Any import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. We also have no control over customs or shipping delays once the package has been sent. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Hailey Gerrits Designs is not responsible for lost shipments. We also cannot be held accountable for unforeseen conditions that delay delivery time - such as weather, postal strikes or global pandemics.
