Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your order.

We are happy to accept return requests within 7 days of the order's delivery. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging, sales tags, and be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Any used merchandise will not be accepted, unless it is defective. Any purchases of sale or promotional items are final. As a small, independently owned business, we're not able to provide prepaid return labels or to cover the cost of return shipping. By placing an order online, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any return shipping costs. Please contact office@haileygerrits.com with any return inquiries and for a return shipping address.

Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment. Once the item has been returned, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If returning an item from outside Canada, please be sure to specify that the item is a return and declare a customs value of $10 or less. We will not accept packages with duties, taxes or tariffs owing.

Please note: Returns and/or refunds will only be granted if the request is made within 7 days of the order's arrival. Hailey Gerrits Designs is not responsible for any lost return packages. Refunds will only be granted once the merchandise has been received and evaluated as being in its original, unused condition.

We are happy to repair any product purchased from Hailey Gerrits Designs.  If the product was purchased within 6 months, any and all repairs are free. If the product was purchased more than 6 months ago, we are still happy to repair it for you but there will be a fee, dependent on the nature of the repair. We charge only for the cost of materials and the labour required. The cost of shipping will not be included.
